How to use our templates:
Our press release header design templates are hosted on Canva and require you to sign up for a free account to use.
- Click on your chosen design below, which will take you to Canva.
- Then click on 'Use template' to edit the design.
- Add your logo by dragging and dropping the saved image into the relevant box. You can then resize and reposition it within the box before deleting the placeholder image.
- You may customise the design further based on your own brand style requirements, such as fonts, colours and other visual elements.
- Download your completed design by clicking on the 'Share' button. The image file can then be added to your press release.
How to resize an existing design:
If you have your own email header you wish to use, we recommend applying a 6:1 aspect ratio with 1200 px (width) x 200 px (height) dimensions.
