How do I duplicate a press release?

Medianet enables you to work more efficiently by saving you time with our press release duplication feature.

You can easily duplicate a draft, held or sent press releases on the Medianet platform. This functionality creates an exact copy of the selected release, which can then be used as a template and updated to create a new release without having to build it from scratch, which will save you time - particularly if you regularly use the same key elements in your press releases. 

 

To duplicate a press release,  click on the three dots next to the press release you wish to duplicate, then click ‘Copy’ and then confirm. This will create an exact copy of the release under ‘Drafts’. 


You can then click on the three dots next to the daft press release to edit it. 


Please ensure you carefully review and update all necessary components of your press release before clicking submit, as duplicating a release will copy everything, including body content, targeted audience selections and scheduling settings.
