You can add images, infographics, videos or audio at no extra cost by clicking ‘Add Attachment’ from within the Press Release Builder by simply dragging and dropping the file from your computer into the pop-up window.

If you have an existing header or footer image you wish to use, we recommend applying a 6:1 aspect ratio with 1200 px (width) and 200 px (height) dimensions.
The supported file formats are .jpg .png .svg .mp3 .mp4 .m4a .avi .mov .wmv .wav .aac .aiff. Remember to include a caption for your media asset and note that there is a 10 MB file size limit per attachment.
To minimise email file sizes and ensure press releases can be sent as quickly as possible, media assets will be sent to journalists as downloadable links at the bottom of the press release.
