Ginger Gorman, Freelance Journalist and Author

Ginger is an award-winning social justice journalist, author, cyberhate expert, keynote speaker, and TEDx Canberra Speaker. As a freelance journalist she regularly creates stories for news.com.au, Fairfax online, The Guardian, The Big Smoke and the ABC. Ginger also hosts the Academy of Social Science's podcast Seriously Social where experts help us understand everything from our relationships to the economy.  She has recently been appointed Editor of BroadAgenda, Australia’s leading research-based gender equality media platform.
